Payment Terms

Refunds: Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within the notice period. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service.

Client Responsibilities

Liability

Injuries: While we prioritize safety, clients are responsible for ensuring their property is secure for our team.
Third-Party Claims: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party contractors or suppliers unless directly caused by our negligence.

We carry appropriate insurance to cover any potential liabilities, providing peace of mind for both parties.

Changes to Terms

Any designs, plans, or materials provided by Gardener Richmond remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal purposes only.

Force Majeure

Gardener Richmond is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardener Richmond, superseding all prior agreements and understandings related to the services provided.
